The topic of this chapter of the dissertation will be “Blast Phonomena and Analytical solutions” This chapter must contain the following:
1- Introduction about the free air blast, air blast, and surface blast and how the blast wave generates and describes the phenomena of the blast wave.
2- Analytical models and a short history of these solutions and which one is most used, and the pro and cons of each model.
3- The response of reinforced concrete plate to rapid dynamic blast load.
4- the energy disposition due to deflection of the plate (specifically of moment and shear or based on the widely used analytical model parameters)
5 summary of this chapter. Please include all the figures and charts if need them.
