Choose one of the crew members of the movie Abandoned and write a two (2) page, double-spaced essay that describes that character using specific examples of what he says and does to support your description of him. Also, describe how his verbal and nonverbal behaviors positively or negatively affect other crew members.
Your essay must contain the following:
Title
Introduction
Title of the movie
Name of the character you have chosen to write about
Description of the character (character traits)
Thesis statement (last sentence of the introduction)
Body Paragraphs with in text-citations
Three (3) specific examples of his verbal and nonverbal communication that support your description
Three (3) specific examples of how his words and behavior affect other crew members
Conclusion
Restatement of the thesis
Final thoughts on the character based on the body of the essay
Body of the essay
In paragraph 2, give at least three specific examples of the verbal and nonverbal communication that support your evaluation of the character.
In paragraph 3, explain how his verbal and nonverbal communication affects the other crew members and their chances for survival.
