You begin to just go through the motion of reading through a list and that list soon stops having any meaningful impact. Instead, take some time out on a Sunday for reflection. Reflect on what you have accomplished that week and how you are doing on your goal

Reflecting on your progress gives you a sense of purpose, especially once your goal is achieved, as this leads in turn to happiness and productivity. Learning from an unachieved goal means identifying the gap between where you are and where you want to b
