The consequences for cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, and other forms of academic dishonesty can be very serious, possibly including suspension or expulsion from the Institute.

As an academic or professional, plagiarizing seriously damages your reputation. You might also lose your research funding and/or your job, and you could even face legal consequences for copyright infringement

Consequences for a student’s involvement in an act of academic dishonesty will include one or more of the following actions: The student will receive an automatic zero (failing grade) on the assignment or test; no make-up work will be offered to compensate for the zero.
