Questions to ask during the initial obstetric visit:

. Have you seen an OBGYN (assuming she is seeing the NP as a PCP)
i. Was the pregnancy planned or accidental?
ii. Did you take one or multiple OTC pregnancy tests?
iii. Have you has a regular or irregular menstrual cycle in the past?
iv. When was your LMP?
v. Were you/are you still taking birth control or any oral contraceptives?
vi. How many sexual partners have you had?
vii. Have you been practicing safe sex in the past?
viii. Any history of STI diagnosis for you or your partner/past partners?
ix. Have you or your partners ever been tested for STI’s?
x. Have you ever seen a GYN in the past?
xi. When was your last PAP?
