3. Critically discuss how and why people involved with your crime type are or are not criminalized 

4. Present your essay to academic essay writing conventions (inc. spelling, grammar, punctuation and referencing) and communicate your ideas and research clearly and succinctly Assessment criteria A rubric is available for you to consult. Your work will be assessed on: 

• whether you are using appropriate criminological terms, concepts and language in the essay, 

• how clearly your crime type is defined and articulated critical analysis of the topic you have chosen to write about

 • how clearly you articulate yourself in the essay (including: proof-reading, no spelling errors, correct punctuation
