The human rights have been considered and protected by the Charter of Fundamental Rights. This enhances the development of the police and judicial cooperation across borders with the consideration of the human rights. Other aspects have been considered such as interpretation and translation as a strategy of promoting the right to information among other rights especially in a case where diversity is an issue
