The Learning Activity titled, “Finding What’s at Issue,” you learned to isolate ethical issues for the purpose of understanding reasons to act. It is important to know that at some point it’s mandatory to act as a leader. Imagine that you are training new supervisors for your company. Since you successfully navigated a complex and high profile ethical issue inside your company last year, your boss has asked you to share on the topic of “what happens when” during this training session.
Specifically, your boss has asked you to explain reasons or causes to act. When you are done with the brief training, your boss hopes that the new supervisors will have an understanding of the various reasons to act. Using Google Slides, create a presentation on the various reasons for a leader to act, as discussed in the Learning Activity titled “Pause for a Real World Example.”
Your brief presentation should include no fewer than 5 slides and no more than 8 slides. Use the following to guide your presentation creation and delivery: Focus on responsibility and the various components that were covered in the in the Learning Objective. APA is required even in a presentation. Cite as appropriate. Make sure to include information from the “Pause for a Real World Example” Learning Activity.
