It is important to know that at some point it’s mandatory to act as a leader. Imagine that you are training new supervisors for your company. Since you successfully navigated a complex and high profile ethical issue inside your company last year, your boss has asked you to share on the topic of “what happens when” during this training session.

Specifically, your boss has asked you to explain reasons or causes to act. When you are done with the brief training, your boss hopes that the new supervisors will have an understanding of the various reasons to act.
