Is there a document or attachment of Erma Willis’ MCR ins. card, from Chapter 6- Medicare Unit? They are asking for the address and would like a copy attached to her information in the EHR. Her DOB is 12/09/1947 and she went from Aetna primary to MCR.
Our teacher also used this activity, as a SIM Simulation, so we could better understand MCR insurance plans.
