The fact that you place an RPA into these 6 institutions that show improvements in performance is something that we would expect otherwise you would not do it. So, what is unique about this work that is of doctoral standard?. What is unique about the computer module that was constructed that was different to other types of modules that enabled your companies to have such an improvement in performance?. Also, you need to widen the success/performance criterial much more. You will need to look at Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, Service as all drivers for ensuring that you have a successful project. Also, what is the output form this work?. Have you a new implementation model that is unique or, is the actual computer programme module the unique thing that sets it apart and that your doctoral contribution lies within this. This is something I have been searching for since the start of your work so that we distinguish it from a consultancy project.
