Explain the goals of managed care plans.
Explain the role of employers in health insurance.
Describe the state of managed care today, including how it has changed as a result of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010.
Explain factors/trends that have led to value-based care, and what value-based care is meant to achieve.
