Part II Measure a common process at work several times (for example, the time it takes to receive a patient post-op following report, compliance with changing IVs q72 hours, or the time it takes to discharge a patient). Measure the process enough times that you feel like you could make decisions about that process if you were the manager. Describe your overall experience, measurements, variation in the process, etc.

Part III Please select a quality indicator from your workplace that your unit/organization is already monitoring. Locate an individual who can provide at least 12-20 data points (depending on how often data was gathered (i.e. daily, monthly, etc.) for you to enter into an SPC control chart. You must create your own SPC control chart and include in this assignment.
Then provide a written overview of your findings. Why was that indicator chosen?
