This means you will be arguing for your ritual or object as an example both of aprotropaic magic and syncretism, given what we have learned, and you will be supporting your arguments using historical information and the definitions for aprotropaic magic and syncretism. Our discussions from Weeks 1-3 should be helpful in supporting your work.
