Synthesis and effects study of Fe doping on the physical properties of TiO2 thin films obtained by spin coating process
- Undoped and Fe-doped TiO2 thin films were successfully deposited by spin coating method.
- A redshift was observed of Raman bonds for all thin films.
- The obtained surface is made up of non-spherical and agglomerated grains.
- The optical constants of the films were calculated and verified using the Wemple-Di-Didomenico (WDD) Model.
