Your solution should use one technology from the three you researched in Assignment 1, selected from the module topics. The business problem that you select may be one of your own choosing, or one related to those we have discussed in the taught sessions: ? Healthcare applications ? Manufacturing and the supply chain ? Sport ? Educational applications   The most innovative solutions will be showcased to the Launch team, and two spaces in the business incubator are reserved for students on the module – these will be offered to those who have made the best pitches for an innovative solution.   How should I produce a pitch? You  should develop a slide deck to present your pitch. This can be using Powerpoint or other tool such as Prezi. You will be required to present your pitch in a face to face session.   The pitch should contain: 1. Introduction – title of pitch, your contact and an image and/or your logo 2. About – who are you and what skills do you bring? 3. Problem – what is the problem you are solving based on your research? Why is the problem important? Use a customised version of the digital business maturity model to highlight the problem. 4. Solution – what technology innovation solution will solve this problem?  Why is it a good solution?  Who are your customers? 5. Demo – how does your product or service work (with examples) 6. Advantages – what makes your solution stand out? What are your unique selling points? 7. Market – what is the market like? Who are your buyer personas (use buyer persona template) 8. Competition – who are your major competitors (use competitor matrix) 9. Business  Model – what are your sources of revenue (use business model canvas) 10. Investing – what is your planned budget? How much money would you need and what would you spend it on? 11. Contact – Your contact details, email, professional social media or website   The marking criteria also require you to demonstrate your reading, research  and  the module content and what have you learned so far. The innovative use of diagrams, graphics and visual materials to illustrate your points and further demonstrate innovative thinking will also be taken into account when marking.   It is crucial to evidence your reading and research to include text citations within the slides, which match to a references section at the end of your artefact using Harvard reference format.   Please also use the draft Turnitin area and check that you have a low Turnitin score and therefore it is original work and correctly referenced.   Assessed intended learning outcomes   On successful completion of this assessment, you will be able to: Knowledge and Understanding 1.
