How has the shift from an industrial to a postindustrial economy (and the changes in work associated with it) impacted both forms of inequality?  2. How have the Republican and Democratic parties changed over the past few decades? What issues are these parties facing as a result of factors such as their structure, policies/strategies, internal conflicts and demographic trends among their bases of support

What are the major challenges facing American hegemony in the world today? Your exam will be evaluated according to three basic criteria:
