o Stakeholders are entities (people, organizations, etc.) that are affected by a decision or can affect the decision. o Some stakeholders can make decisions affecting the case, while other stakeholders are powerless but are impacted by the decisions. o Power is the ability to affect an outcome. In general, executives have quite high power, and customers and employees have lower power individually. But as a group, customers and employees have lots of power. Depending on the case, different stakeholders will have different power.
