1. Explain an employee’s rights concerning social media and workplace surveillance.
2. Explain whether an employee has the right to unionize.
3. What health and safety issues should an employer be concerned about? In your explanation, please give two examples. The examples can be hypothetical or real life.
4. What does the law say about truth in advertising and what are the ethical issues of truth in advertising. How are those the same and how are they different?

1. Explain Superson’s feminist definition of sexual harassment. Compare and contrast that to the legal definition of sexual harassment. Be sure to explain the group harm element of Superson’s argument.
